Strava Multi Ride Mapper
Postby DavidTomic » Mon May 28, 2012 6:00 pm
I was just playing around with some things when I came across this page, and I thought that it looked pretty cool.
Here's what my map looks like at the moment (zoomed in to remove a couple of outlying rides),
(Click to embiggen)
Anyone else like to share what theirs looks like?

This is mine...
(No points for guessing where my commute goes...)

Here's mine. A couple of GPS snafus, and one ride goes off the top, but it's pretty neat.

I think they'll be disappointed when they bust open my garage door to find my heavy-ass commuter.norbs wrote:Oh dear god, your bikes will be stolen!

All I get is a slim strip of google map at the top of the page and the option to enter my Rider ID number or ride ID numbers at the bottom. After entering the details nothing happens.
The page says to hit the "Load" button, but I don't see a load button. I just hit enter but nothing seems to happen. Is this normal and I just have to wait longer for my map to load??
Cheers,
Stuart.

No. You should see a (almost) complete world map before you even enter in your rider number, so the page obviously isn't loading properly for you.sli123 wrote: Is this normal and I just have to wait longer for my map to load??
Do you have another web browser that you can try using? (Hint: Chrome FTW!)

Safari looks to be working, surprised IE9 (or whatever the current version is) doesn't.
Will post my map soon.
Thanks again.

I find new roads nearly every ride...today I rode two I never knew about ...they look like farm driveways and then they turn into 5 or 6 kms forest covered roads.
Now the snow has nearly all gone I have to go explore a bit further east (and west)!.

Take care and ride lots.

Heya Jonathon. Thanks for a great site. Love the segment explorer too.
