an ex-girlfriend had one of these...its a a 'Kickbike'. Great work out, high intensity, and develops the mythical buns of steel and is an attention grabber, but you look like a knob riding one. So (kick)bike... ugly...but (kick)bike and rider in action.. UGLY and ridiculous

"Kickbike"? Verbal masturbation by the marketing drones  It's a frikkin' scooter.

Nothing ugly about the chainsaw - it's just functional, unlike this one

I don't see anything wrong with the frame Andrew. Is it the moustache bars, the red accents, gold brakes or all 3 that you object to ?

Not sure what is so ugly about that Surly :?

It is an unconventional style of bike but built to a purpose - obviously for someone who is a bit short and wants flat bars with an in-line grip option.

If you're going to make your cabling highly visible by choosing a contrast colour for the outers then you really, really ought do it tidily! The front end of that bike is a mess (says the man with electrical tape holding his cables down, but at least mine are black on black, and it's only 'temporary' ).

Yeah, but it appears to be matt black and the No 2 peddler has a bell as well just in case the driver doesn't see the ped.

I like the contrast of having three different types of pedals on one bike, and the coordinated rust coloured chains and handlebars. :D
