I set your 1st account to unlocked. Let me know if you can login now. Remember login option isn't working. I wasn't able to track that one down.
I checked the spam filters and couldn't see anything. The change password message came through straight away though, which I thought odd, unless they're sent from different accounts.

Thanks for unlocking - it works great now. Feel free to delete the second account. I re-registered to see if I'd get the rego email on the second go.

Thanks for your help
Dave

Some annoying twat made a 5m long segment on a fairly busy road, so a couple of hundred odd people were sharing the KOM. Got spammed with emails for that one for a few days before I marked it as dangerous, problem solved :D
Is that the "Watch out I was hit by a car here" debacle?

It is a bit annoying when a single ride has over 200 segments many duplicates.

Has anyone worked out the points in the red/strava suffer score? Apparently if they are close that is good?

I have been getting back on the rollers when I can at nights watching the racing in Europe when it's on.

Feeling comfortable at 10kms now and will work up to 15kms this week...20 the week after..etc.

So on a longer ride on the road I might get a suffer score of 105... 60km ride for example. 15% in in threshold, majority of it is in tempo, and if I go up a hill I get to that Z5 range for only a few %. Points were only 43??

On the trainer, esp tonight, massive amounts of Threshold, little of anything else but a suffer score of 22? Points in the red 20?

Example of tonights's ride - http://app.strava.com/rides/10484551

FFS? Don't understand any of this but I know I feel completely shagged only after 15 mins on the trainer!!

Anyone care to shed some light on it all?

Also I am guessing tempo is probably a better weight loss than threshold for stress limits? My objective overall is to lose as much weight as possible. What's your suggestion on weight loss using the rollers?

Ok finally signed up to Strava over the weekend and shows that I don't ask enough questions. I wrongly assumed that Strava was Garmin Connect, so have been using MapMyRide in ignorant bliss until I actually went to Strava looking at Matts (TheClimbingCyclist) ride from last week.

Joined the ACF club, but there doesn't seem to be any active competitions at the moment?

Now I would like to get HRM and cadence, but cannot get that out of the V3, will have to research ANT+ for Android??

Something tells me Strava (or the Garmin) screwed up

http://app.strava.com/rides/11192680

Both Calories and Ave Speed are all screwed up. Garmin Connect displays correct???

Does anyone know a current promotional code for an upgrade to full membership for strava? I had premium membership for 3 months but that has now expired...Thanks in advance...

Same here... I'm not sure if its coincidence or a stuff-up on Strava but I got an email saying the the terms & conditions had changed and at exactly the same time my 3 months premium trial was no longer active. Funny thing is, last time my 1 month trial came to an end I got numerous emails from Strava warning me it would end and asking me to sign up. Didn't happen this time. :? I smell a bug...
