I tape mine when I run (2-3 times a week) but not when I ride, 60% + humidity will do that to you

If unable to comply with rule 5, then a cream and bandaids will have to do.

Of course, W B&D is the bodily equivalent of Duct Tape, it fixes anything.
Or at least, it makes you forget about whatever was originally troubling you...

It’s not difficult to tie something across the two shoulder straps and pull them towards the middle away from your nipples.

Tim wrote:Just finished posting Bepanthen as a saddle sore remedy. It also works on mother's nipples. On the label it advises using a different tube for each application ie, one for babies bum, and another one for mum.
Bepanthen is also good to rub on new tattoos (twice daily for the first two or threer weeks) during the scabbing stage. Just thought you'd like to know.

It’s not difficult to tie something across the two shoulder straps and pull them towards the middle away from your nipples.[/quote]
Or, conversely, tie something to each of the nipples and pull them towards the middle and away from the shoulder straps. An occy strap might do it.
Nipple removal would not only solve the problem permanently but also give you something to talk about at barbecues.

Then you could have them tattooed on and help them heal with Bepanthen
