Nothing to add - I was just telling some of the guys that I ride with about this pic, so I figured if I quoted it, it would move to the end of the thread.

Yeah pretty cool........except for the guy riding on the wrong side of the bike path not taking any notice of what’s happening around him while trying to chat up a lass quite obviously out of his league.

I think this ticks most boxers:

Actually to the topic it doesn't:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_chics
leads to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cycle_chic
Today Cycle chic or bicycle chic refers to cycling in fashionable everyday clothes. The fashion concept developed in popular culture to include the bicycles themselves and bicycle accessories.
Some interpretations here could be classified under bicycle accessories by objectifying women or men.

This is the thread that makes perfect sense out of cycling, yet I can't help but think that very few of these pics are taken in Australia.
So many practical yet stylish bikes here, ridden by people in regular clothing, doing simple activities like shopping or going for a coffee.
So obvious, yet so sad for us.
You have officially become your parents.
