The price has just gone up to $49, i paid $39 pickup a couple of weeks ago.
At $39, it'd be a good stand for washing bikes.

Merlin Cycles have compact (50/34) ultegra 6700 cranks for $128.98 less 5% sale (plus shipping).

Ordered 4pm,marked as shipped (with a few other bits) at 8pm. If that's right I'll be a happy camper :-D

Local business will see this and probably say "I thought so". Even Wiggle are saying they have done a deal with the devil (Didi Senft).

Coincides with a Wiggle deal of course - 10% off everything from 28.06 - 02.07.2012 to mark the start of the Tour de France.

this link is broken - Free Shipping to Australia with No Min Spend + 10% off Code

ripped from Ozbargain
"Wiggle is currently shipping free to Australia as part of its Europe Free Delivery Promotion. Yes, it says Europe but some other countries get a look in as well (inc Australia). Wiggle normally offer free shipping to Austrlia but this time there is no minimum spend. This promo expires August 8th.

And until July 2nd, you can apply the 10% off Tour de France code EXTRA10 to almost any item, again with no min spend. If you are spending more, there may be better codes to use (see http://www.this link is broken/h/option/Vouchers )

Both offers confirmed as working as of time of posting."

Would these stands be fine to use as permanent storage over a long term? i.e would it be fine for me to hang my bike on this whenever I'm not riding? Or will they cause some stress points on the frame?

If that causes stress points on your frame then I wouldn't be riding it on the road. :-)

What type of frame?

Shouldn't be a problem then.

Quite a bit of campagnolo gear at half price or thereabouts at chainreaction.
Keep flexing, spinning, rolling, coasting, pushing, pulling, drafting, sprinting, time trialling, touring, climbing, descending, hot dogging, crit-ing, racing, weaving, dodging, dropping, tanking, chasing... but most of all - just keep f'ing riding!

I bought 14 pairs of Shimano R106 shoes from Cell bikes who had them on sale for $9.90 each. Thought I had the bargain of the century. However they just sent me an email saying it was an error and they have cancelled my order, giving me a $10 voucher for my troubles.

Who can I contact about getting my order enforced? Ministry of Fair Trading? I have screen shots of the advertised product and my final order confirmation.

The most that will happen is that they are slapped on the wrist and you spend a few hours of your time to be again told that it was an error.

There are provisions which allow traders to make mistakes and only if a shop continually uses poor practices ( i.e. happens to 20 more cell customers ) do regulatory bodies take action against retailers which will result in fines for them and not retrospective order resolution.

This does look like an honest mistake. Probably had 1 pair, and their systems/staff failed on this item.

Well they've taken my money and not refunded it yet.. they should just honour the sale. 8)

Looks like it was meant to be $99.

Personally I'd be happy with the $10, every shop that has marked prices wrong before for me has just refunded without even an email to say my order has been cancelled.

Happens all the time on the computer geek forums. Member X sees a product obviously advertised at the wrong price, tries to buy a ton of them in the hope of making a profit selling them on, retailer notes the mistake, says it's an error, member X gets upset and the rest of the forum have a good laugh.

You gave it a shot, it was a pricing error, they've given you a $10 voucher. Be happy :D

We are thinking entry level fixie wheels.

Yeah it was worth a crack. I don't really care either way, I'd never usually buy anything from Cell (unless it's shoes for $9.90!) so the $10 voucher is worth peanuts.
Be happy :D

On the price error with the Shimano shoes, you could chat with them and see if they are willing to make you a fantastic offer for 1 pair of shoes. Don't know how it would go though would forget the ACCC. While it is nice to think it was a great deal, it is also reasonable that the price may have been an error and that 10 pairs of shoes for personal use is extreme, plus they showed goodwill with the voucher.
