No desert **insert pious smilie**
But I guess I should be honest and mention the red 'chateau cardboard' lubricant, all three glasses of it (see, there's an honest reason for my weight and it ain't a lack of effort).

What's your drop of choice Richard? There's plenty of chateau de cardboard out there.
As for chocolate - we have some in the house, but I make my wife hide it and only break rations out when I *really* need it.

Kaiser Stuhl Soft Dry Red - you get it in the 5l boxespugsly wrote:What's your drop of choice Richard? There's plenty of chateau de cardboard out there.
Yeah, there are times where you need one or two in quick succession to appreciate it
And yes, I do like a good wine, and a good beer (Coopers forever) and I'm fussy about how they pour my Guinness ... but for 364 days of the year, all I can afford is paint stripper.

I'll ignore the pavlova (sp??) that I also managed to eat. Our friends brought it around so it would have been rude to refuse!
All washed down with Vodka and RedBull which is as low carb as you can get I believe. (I ignore the fact that one is slowing your heart and the other is speeding it up! I don't do it often so I can forgive myself! )
Cheers,
Gary

This morning, a caffe latte and a shortbread biscuit. Absolutely no interest in food.

2 x slices low GI 9-grain toast with Nutella...yummy.
Nutella is fantastic - not only is it low GI and has good oils in it, you feel like you are eating chocolate too
We've had an influx of mangoes though so the next few days will be mango smoothies with honey, yoghurt and wheatgerm. I love the summer fruits.
Moo...

Breakfast: 1 banana (I was late for 1st day of a work placement!)
Glass of milk
Lunch: an overpriced salmon salad roll from the caf.
Drink: Water, lots.
Dinner: leftover fried noodles, some ceggie stirfry, and a fried egg. (Mmm, fried stuff...)
Drink: Water, as required
Dessert: choc swirl icecream, 1 scoop.
Tea, 1 cup, white, no sugar
Now, while sitting at computer, just before bed: Tanqueray, cut with some cold water, with twisted lime slice. 1 standard drink (approx)
