Actually, this forum isn't bad for out of working hours posts. I've been on a couple of American ones that are dead outside of working hours though (and others that weren't).

It's tucked away privately on my computer thank you very much - they are a great asset actually and the more I use mine, the more info I like to add. It's always nice to glance up at the top of the spreadsheet and see this year's total kms growing

Hah. You weren't even trying. I fell over my Trek twice while trying to turn on the aircon, leant on the saddle of the Sow's Ear while waiting for the kettle to boil and waited till the kids went to bed before breaking out the choccy

I started an online record (blog) of my training and efforts to get fit as a form of accountability. I use it for extra motivation as I know that people can read what I put up there at any time. Not that they do of course. But they can .
