I know this is not a openstreetmap-specific forum, but I have seen it mentioned a few times.
Today, openstreetmap looked grossly odd. So I had a read-up, and it seems some bits are being tossed out due to licensing changes. Look at Parliament House area:

Area around Westfield Woden also looks different.
The cycle map will change after a while. Just a heads up in case you were having a look, or are mad smart enough to fix it.

Can you elaborate on the licensing changes? I agree it looks woeful now and would confuse the heck out of anyway not familar with Canberra. Hindmarsh drive for example splits in two and one way runs straight through swinger hill
