Wrong thread Perry You need to look for me and Killa in the 10k Plus Club thread. Cheers, Stuart. ps. Didn't see you yesterday morning at the ride start????????
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compBit behind my target so far for the year but my Felt SR91 Flat bar has passed 60,000k's since I bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Good bike, I ride it all the time, Highways, dirt tracks, dirt roads back roads, city, country. Just keeps rolling along. Martin Never underestimate the power of human stupidity!
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compThe k's just keep ticking over
At my current rate I should clock up 100,000 k's by the end of 2014. Martin Never underestimate the power of human stupidity!

I just added my signature and followed the instructions> I think its just a case of waiting or the update from Phil's site. Hoping to set my goals and push myself through to the end of the year. I have some catching up to do. GOALS FOR THIS YEAR
1. Save up for a JC70 Recumbent Trike 3. Rack up a lot of KM Training 2. Attend 250km Bupa 2013
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun comp
Mate, I'll send you a pm (message) with the step by step. If you follow these instructions you'll be grand. You'll just need to wait till 12 mid day or mid night as it ticks over then. Will have it through to you in an hour or so. LTR Happy Days

Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compHow's everyone going with the red devil chase?? I'm a wee bit behind but reckon I'll smash it by the end of Dec. getting some good rides in on Sat & Sun. When the warmer weather kicks in it'll help for sure.
Happy Days
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compI have a very good lead on the red arrow, I've also upped my goal to 8000 and am ahead of that arrow too, however I think that 9k maybe a stretch.
Might have to 'graduate' to the 10k club for 2013! Lisa
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compwell done Lisa!

Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compOK so probably not so much 'fun' as 'hard nosed obsessive' but I had a great time anyway...
A perfect long weekend in WA after a working week of wind & rain. I started my 600km Randonee with a 33km ride to the start just after dawn. We started from Perth at 7:05AM, I arrived at the overnight sleep spot at Williams at 9:25PM having ridden 356.5km from Perth-Bakers Hill-York-Beverley-Pingelly-Narrogin-Williams. Up at 5:40AM for a big carb. loaded brekky, off just after 7AM, down the valley to Quindanning, up the hills to Maradong, through the hills to Dwellingup for an early lunch stop. Then through the hills to Waroona then the coastal plain south of the Peel Estuary, up through Mandurah then back to the start point at Willeton by 6:27PM on Sunday evening. Overall 663.5km at 28.4kph with about 4km of climbing. Saturday Sunday Hey Tim, Care to match that?! Cheers Perry ![]()

Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun compPerry,
Do you ride with a small (thumb size) bear on your rear pack? If so, I may have passed you last weekend. Cheers, Stuart
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun comp
ummm No thanks.
Re: 2012 ACF BIKE JOURNAL fit gits on bikes fun comp
Hi Stuart, I was riding in the hills in the rain using a large saddlebag. (no back pack). No I don't have a bear, that's my wife, she often has bears dangling/attached to things. Mind you, if it was raining and there were hills, Helen definitely wouldn't be there! Cheers Perry BTW. last weekend's little ride was 308km in 12h10m (11h riding time) it included hills from Jarrahdale through to N Bannister and Boddington to Dwellingup to Waroona. It was a perfect day and I was all alone.... ![]()
