Unfortunately it does not work into Australia unless you have the connection to your computer run through a site such as expatshield.com. which runs it through a couple of foreign providers first to get past that little obstacle.
If you install their program you can also get a live feed from the BBC.
I did install the program and while its free, and worked very well, I did not appreciate the advertising it left on my computer so I deleted it again.

ITT coverage is non-existent. Race half over for the top riders and we've seen 15seconds of it. Instead we get the 3rd quarter of the basketball and ad-breaks.
