1950's Repco rebuild

Hi guys,

I thought I'd post this in here as it has been getting some mixed reactions and I'm interested in opinions. I quite enjoy building these sort of bikes and after doing a 30+km ride on this last weekend (Ringwood - Melbourne) I enjoyed it so much I've decided to sell my 1940's Magneet roadbike and keep this as my regular roadbike.

NIce one. Looks like it may have been made by Bates (of Coburg).

Good to see it up and running.

I've changed to a smaller seat since building it which is more comfortable and looks a lot better, and done 2 30km rides along Eastlink into Melbourne. Need to gear it down a tiny bit to make uphill more pleasant but overall I'm very happy with how the old girl rides.
