For those who dont know, its Ekka time once again.
So there is ALOT more foot and vehicle traffic around the Fortitude Valley area. Ride to work this morning was abit hairy with some out-of-towners not really knowing where they were going and pulling into car parks at the last minute.
So keep your eyes peeled and stay alert.
Safe riding.

Thankfully I had booked my bike in for a service today and didn't get to ride. The winds and chill looked horrid. I guess I'll find out tomorrow morning

Yeah the wind wasn't fun to ride into. But what really got up my goat was that it reversed direction for my ride home
In all seriousness though. This year has been the worst for me getting chest infections and has been reported as being bad overall for people getting the flu/influenza. The Ekka is the last place I'll be going

Almost everyone I know has come down with Influenza A or the Swine Flu. I've managed to escape it. We all know Ekka time means flu time but this is silly. On my bike again though.
