Identify frame.?

Hi everyone.

Recently bought this little beast off Gumtree for $50. Goes like a dream. In the process of cleaning it up a bit. Already painted it.

I know that it's Olympic brand - which may say something about the age? I can find little information on this brand online. Similarly, I've found nothing on frames with this dual-parallel down tube thing that's going on. Any information or insight you guys could provide would be great.
