WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)Genuine 09 Pinarello Prince frame, size 53 (54.5cm top tube). Asking $1800. Have had this frame sitting in my shed for well over 12mths waiting to be built, however my focus has turned to something else so this frame needs someone to build it and ride it (or I can build it for you). Essentially it is a medium and nearly identical to that of a 54cm Cervelo, Cannondale, Scott etc (I've had all those bikes in a 54cm). It was lightly ridden by a female before I got it, so it is in immaculate condition. Plenty of fork steerer left to allow for correct sizing. If you shop well this could be built with top shelf kit for about $3.5k, even cheaper if you already had wheels. I have a near complete brand new Shimano 7900 groupset that I could offer the buyer (approx $1000) if they wanted to build it with this groupset (I won't offer it seperately just at the moment). Any questions, just ask. I have a 08 Prince as well so I know how well these things ride.....and they look unreal at the coffee shop!

Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)BUMP.....offers?
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)I'll offer to take the 7900 groupset if you decide to part with it?
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)Waiting for reply from Kimmie who is 1st in line. Will default to the other PM's after that. If frame only goes, groupset will be offered (sj86 has first refusal).
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)hi deadrat, sorry I did not realise that you were waiting for me - until I saw your reply above.
I am still waiting for a quotation from my LBS - on how much they would charge me for stripping the components off my bike and assembling them to the 'new' frame. This would be crucial in my decision. Please bear with me. Having said that, please do not let me hold you off - if anyone wants to close the deal on your frame (or your 7900 components, by all means, go ahead). I will let you know once I hear from my LBS - any idea how much is an 'acceptable' cost to strip-off and reassemble components? "Ride like the wind, Bullseye!"
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)
My LBS quoted me $400. Another shop (my RBS) wanted $100. Can you imagine what I would do if I could do all I can? - Sun Tzu

Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)90% of the stuff you can strip yourself.
Sometimes you'd be alarmed to find that bike shops throw out a random $$ just to see what the customer would pay. FWIW - I paid $150 to strip one bike and transfer those components to another frame etc. S-Works Venge
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)
As Mark G said most of it you should be able to strip off yourself. I did this with my bike when I upgraded to Ultegra Di2 on my current bike. Shop then just fitted new groupset to stripped frame. In my opinion I wouldn't pay more than $200 for them to strip and re build a bike.
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)Kimmie...have sent you PM.
Frame is still alive and available. I can include groupset/component swap over for anyone Brisbane based for free!!
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)Bump.....$1500.....don't make me keep as my rain bike. It deserves better than that!!
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)Bump....offers??
Re: WTS (BNE) - Pinarello Prince Frame (mint)Frame is sold.
