Cyclist found dead on Qld highway

THE body of a cyclist has been found on a major highway west of Brisbane.
Police are calling for witnesses to contact them, with the man, believed to be in his 20s, last seen riding along the Warrego Highway, near Gatton, between 6pm and 8pm (AEST) on Wednesday.

They say his body was found on Thursday morning about 1km west of Fieldings Road.
