thoughts on campagnolo mirage?

hey all, what do you think of the campy mirage 10 speed? cant find too much info on it online as it seems to be an older model thats discontinued? looks to be either the lowest or 2nd to the lowest model of campy yes?

Seems to be a very old groupset, I would go for campagnolo veloce if you wanted a cheap campagnolo groupset.

I was able to buy one thats in good nick for 10$ minus the chain and cassette. but comes with the ergo levers... 10 speed too

There is nothing wrong with Mirage. In good condition for $10 it's a bargain.

For $10, hard to pass up. Mirage was the base model for yonks, but reasonable stuff. Are they the poly (plastic) levers?

Remember, Campagnolo (of comparative speed groups) is all interchangeable. So 10-speed Mirage will control 10-speed Chorus parts should you feel the need to upgrade certain components

Hard to tell from your pic - is that an Ultra Torque crankset? It can't be too old if it is...excellent buying.

yes, forgot to mention its an ultra torque crankset as well. I'm also looking for brake calipers too
