Hi,

I recenctly built this up; it is a great bike - a really solid long travel hardtail with great specs, and rides very nicely.
It has been out for a total of five times - two 'shakedown' rides (40km circuits of the hertige trail - pretty easy going stuff) and three wet commutes; for all intents this is a brand new bike.

It has cost somewhere in the region of $3,300 to build up - not cheap, but it has some good components.

I have just accepted a new job; this means a much longer commute, and a schedule over the next couple of years that means I will have little time to go out on the trails, so have decided to sell now rather than in two years time

I am not sure where to price this - I want it gone, but would like a reasonable price. I am happy to ship if required.

Hi,

I don't know, and don't have scales. It is not exactly light, but feels very nice - balanced I suppose.

Lighter than my old surly cross check, heavier than my Lynskey if that helps!!

FWIW I think that frame weight is on the Ragley site - should be easy enough to work out...

I've been checking back on this each day fully expecting that the bike would have been sold by now.

I've still got $1000 burning a hole in my pocket which can be all yours if you don't want to go to the hassle of disassembling the bike (and lets face it, who would!)

If do you split, how much for the frame, headset and BB?

I don't need the money in a hurry, and the bike is pretty damn good - I might hold out until this sells as is; I am sure when spring gets here there will be more interest... Plenty of time to save
