Newbie Roadie - New Bike or Old Bike

Postby roademperor » Mon Sep 24, 2012 10:26 am

Hi All,
Decided to get into road riding and looking to purchase my first roadie.
Question is - is it better to get a new bike or an old bike with better components, frame etc..
I'm currently looking to purchase a 2007 Fuji Team pro, which I think I'm getting a good deal.. but could use that money to get a brand new bike with the latest technology even though the components may not be as good.
Your thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks all!
