Painting My Soren Son - Suggestions

The forks off my 1985 Soren Son are due back from the platers later this week (pictures to follow) so it’s time to think about painting the fame. The original paint job is black with random rectangles of varying colours which I don’t particularly like. I’m thinking bright and colourful and verging upon garish but keeping in the style that Soren would have possibly used.

Lacking totally in any artistic ability I would appreciate pictures of bikes whose colour scheme you really like and you think might be suitable.
