It is a bit confusing I must admit.............the way I read it there is basically no difference between option 1 and 3

I have raced cars and hold a number of defensive/advanced driver training certificates and I think it acceptable that we should all be allowed to drive at 200km/h-plus on our highways. However, in deference to the law I choose not to do so.

2 - I don't pick and choose which laws should apply to me... Just as I expect others to abide by laws that they may disagree with, but which protect me as a cyclist.
