Via Gear Diary, a range of Specialized bikes has been recalled due to defective components.
Maybe not relevant to Australia, depending on distribution.

I have no idea if it covers only a bunch of shipments to the US, whether the same models are sold here etc.MarkG wrote:Specialized in Australia are distributed by Specialized Australia.

There is a recall in Australia on some Specialized models but haven't checked to see if it is the same recall as the US. Details at Recalls Australia.

That's a different recall, but for the same problem - front forks can break.Aushiker wrote:There is a recall in Australia on some Specialized models but haven't checked to see if it is the same recall as the US. Details at Recalls Australia.
The models in the US recall are also sold in Australia.

what's the diff between a recall and a Technical Service Bulletin?
Saw a TSB for the Bottom Bracket set relating to one of the Specialized road models at the LBS the other day.
