How do you get your arms around a flat surface? I think you're defying physics to speed up that upgrade  Domane 5.9 with the 5.2 groupset looks to be the sweetspot... just hand over the card and think of England...

Thanks guys, feel suprisingly better than i expected.. the multi colored bruises on my back are interesting to say the least!.. Haha Shaun would say that wouldn't he!.. at this stage looks like the bike might be saved but time will tell, there are some very nice deals around at the moment but!! :D

'It's time CA came back to grassroots and sent the drug organisation down here and put in the emphasis on club racing because I know it happens,'' Conceicao told the Herald.

''We are losing a battle at the beginning in a lot of ways, in a lot of aspects.''
Asked how far he suspected doping might extend at club level, Conceicao said: ''To C grade''.

Bugger! And here was me thinking I can't even place in D grade any more because I'm the only one not on the juice the beetroot juice does not count   Have to come up with some other lame excuse now

It's also happening on social rides!
Saw a guy this morning tip a suspicious looking white powder into a bottle and top it up with water. Unbelievable!!

Dunno if any of you guys are acquainted with Frank. I am, from some years ago, admittedly, and in my opinion, he's a goose.
