thanks for putting this on, gav.
no bites on my kenevans frame, but good sausages and iced coffee, and a good chat with your little brother.
apparently someone's a dog for buying six tickets to the gypsy ball though.

highlight was two joker bikes, and two owners saying theirs was nicer.

gypsy had some nice gear, as did the tall american/canadian guy with the ec90 (?) wheelset, and koen had some nice derailleurs and beardo touring gear. someone walked away with a nice tubus rack for a redback. bargain! the guy with the pushies tshirt had a few good value parts. i can't believe he had a heart attack only two weeks ago, and was asking me about coming on the retro riverloop raturday!
dude, rest up and ease into it. we will keep you a seat.
also, the guy with the trailer sold quite a bit of stuff, and had some nice 27" sun mistral rims for $3 a pair. maybe it was $5. either way, i probably should have bought them. his oldskool gt avalanche was also calling out to me, but tracking down some peroid correct deore dx cranks outweighed my desire to load up the garage any further.

plenty of other good stuff, but that's all i can think of for now. hope we can have another one there soon.

Yeah thanks gav - top day for all involved. Gutted no one wanted the tourney I had for sale, though.

Thankfully I kept away from gypsy's super priced record groups, too...

It was a really fun day. The no frills format is much less taxing on the organisation front. I'd be interested to hear what people thought of the venue and set-up. Could look into doing 2 a year (one Feb/Mar, another Oct/Nov) with Pushies sandwiched between. The BNA crew was there in full effect - thanks for making it such a good day. Your Tri-A will look nice with a 600 groupset James. You should start a thread.

Judging from the pictures the 105 it's running is in great nick bar a few scratches in the cranks. Will have to wait and see how it turns up! Should be receiving it on Thursday I think.

Venue was great. Easy to find. Easy parking. Shady. Relaxed atmosphere with very friendly folk. Wow, 3 meets a year would be great.

Does anyone know if the Sun Tour Brakes that had an 'offers' sign sold? They were very nice.
