Well spotted. :) Needle in a haystack there. You'll have to buy it now and let us know what it is :P

Me, no, I'm not shipping all that crap to Tassie. We have enough rubbish down here already. Just hope there's somebody reading this in Melbourne who has a chance to call by and take a peek.

My best recent effort was: "Sweetie... I've just accidentally bought a bike." The stupidity of the utterance (well I knew what I meant) seemed to neutralise things. The Law of Unintended Consequences. :?
Well, no, it's not a pushbike, otherwise I'd be pushing it...

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/130790220190 ... 1438.l2649

cant say that it is the more desirable 70s frame with the stars, but it fits me!
gonna keep an eye on this one

What is it with bent Peugeots? Do people just forget to look where they're going when they hop on them?

Sunho,

Is this one a Tecnotrat version or a "real one" with the stars and crosses?

na, not the 70s model, it was quite "modern" late 80s or something, no stars no crosses.

still extremely light.. nothing wrong with it as rk says but just not the same as the other ones i have seen in this forum :D

And it is wearing a complete 105/600 groupset which appears to be in pretty good condition. It looks like all the parts are original with no visible surface rust on any of the nuts & bolts in the photos.

There was a lot more surface rust then the photos show, chips in the paint, wasnt touched up etc.
near the bb, on the chainstay, top and down tube here and there but i suppose that is expected

Sugino seatpost was quite beautiful though.

With a proper seat and stem, that'd be a good bike... For a midget.

Yes, the fork crown looks better than average. Perhaps one for Frailer5's diminutive colleague
