WTS - Perth 54cm Olympic Frame

This frame is 54cm CT
The top tube is 52.3 CC
It is badged as Olympic and has stickers from Olympic Cycles, Sherwood, Nottingham but I have no idea what it is or was.
2.7Kg (with head set and bottom bracket) and is straight with no dings
Campagnolo drop outs and holes for a concealed cable in the top tube
Braze on for front deraileur
The head set is not smooth
The bottom bracket is smooth
The down side is that this frame should be repainted. There is some rust visible in 4 places. Bottom of the forks and brake hole (this looks about the worst - see last photo), rear brake hole, around the bottom bracket (which may make it hard to remove) and around the seat clamp.
Price is $120. Prefer local pick up or will post at buyers expense.

Hi Munga - I'm not sure what you meant by measuring the head tube (happy to be educated...). As I said above it's a 54cm frame (ct), the length of the top tube's 52.5 (cc)
The head tube (where the fork goes in) is 12cm?
