Xmas Presents for Bike Nuts

Hi there
..
its nearly that time again - have started shopping by ordering each of my girls and hubby a road id bracelet - any other suggestions for great bike related stuff - two of them got new road bikes for their birthdays so that's out.....

ages: 17, 20, 26 and 31 - all started riding this year and have done a couple of 100km with me and still turn up to ride 3 or 4 times a week so going well.

Anyone have some suggestions for great jerseys - what i like may not be cool enough -- thanks in advance -

I got my present early a new selle smp glider seat and a coach to teach me how to really use all those gears and a physio to keep the back and legs working well enough to go to the coach....

Hubby stuck working in remote WA - no bikes allowed so he is spinning away bored stupid - are there any training/motivating type DVDs that anyone can recommend?

The Pink Floyd "Dark Side of the Moon" jersey. Someone noted here recently that they never get grief from cars when they wear that jersey. That is worth a lot.
Otherwise, any random bike stuff is good, but getting crappy items of clothing or weird books or coffee cups covered in a motif of your chosen hobby is rank. I have received some weird stuff over the years as people try and buy hobby related items.
Neat tools, like the Crank Brothers tyre lever, or allen key sets are OK stocking fillers.
Bling wheels would be even better. Bling wheels are good !!
GoPro camera too, really fun to have.

a bit more generic - how about a massage (good for an after ride or before event thing)

i've asked for lots of things (but with the amount of stuff I've bought in the last month will get a lump of charcoal0

1. bike camera (about $40 on ebay)
2. cycle clothing
3. tyres/tubes. can always use more tyres/tubes
4. decent portable tool kit
5. top tube bag - good for those longer rides

What about a group entry into an upcoming cycling event?

Or book a cycling 'holiday' or long weekend a few months in advance and give them an itinerary of rides on xmas day...

My wife always finds it difficult to buy me 'stuff' cause, as a guy I don't need lots of new clothes or anything, and most things that are less than a couple of hundred bucks I just buy myself...

But she always books 'events' - like concert tickets, or a weekend away etc.

So why not do this.

Find a cabin/house in a nice place that has lots of decent rides. Look up some rides/maps etc and have 2 or three rides planned out.. spend each morning riding, each afternoon relaxing with a few beers in the sun. What could be better?!

thanks for the great ideas - I love the idea of the cycling holiday or event tickets - agree that its awful to waste money on tatty stuff - and worse if you have to wear something dodgy that your mother bought.

think the pink flloyd jersey for the bloke - not sure the girls would have any idea who they were!! callous youth -

He and I are going to europe next year so maybe will buy him some good maps - preferably some with flat rides as well as the mountains -

also as we are in qld no real need for really long knicks - can anyone recommend a good brand of fleecies for cold days (we will be there either April May or Aug/sept depending on his work.
maybe a merino undershirt - are they good value?

think i will put a tool kit together for each of the girls in a top tube bag along with some socks etc as a stocking present -
