Rigozzi was Contador's legal representative at the CAS and he lost that case so he clearly doesn't know the law and isn't quite impartial (he's now acting for Frank Schleck).Ross wrote:Armstrong ban questioned by sports law experts

ANy way, how long does he have before he accepts the UCI ruling and we can rule out an appeal?.
