Hi Girls in WA!
We're leaving my place at 6.30am sharp, heading south for 40km along the beach, we will turn and then head back, there will be coffee and cake if your nutritionist said it's okay.
Time: 6.30am
Date: 10th November 2012
Place: My house or the round-a-bout at the end of Scarborough Beach Road
Distance: 80km (come for 50 if you like)
Speed: It's gonna be fine, I'm not going to leave you all behind... this is about riding with other women
Bike: Road bike including clip in shoes
Helmet: Come without a helmet and we'll drop you fast.

Well, just an update, we have about 4 women coming (always rooms for more), if you'd like to be included on an email list that I will start putting together then please send me a message with your email.
In this email, I will try to put a list of upcoming events and races, along with any rides for women, what time, where and so forth...
