Shimano RS80 C50 2013 vs 2011/12

Hey guys..

Easy enough question..

Is there any difference in the 2013 Shimano RS80 C50's compared to the older 2011/12 model?

All I can notice is the 13' has black nipples instead of silver and newer decals.. Anyone know if the wheel components have changed?

11 speed, new hub design, new spoke lacing... I thought they were totally new wheels ( or is that just the DuraAce? )
