was at a op-shop and saw a reasonable looking bike.
No it was not cash converters.. lol ....
I say reasonable, cause tyres are wasted, rust everywhere.
shame cause they are nice rims and fenders , but had rust on them...
My question is really, is this thing stil worth any money ??
It was priced cheaply, so not sure it its worth anything.

Looks like a low end hiten clunker from here. Similar to a Repco traveller, or road king 10 speed. The pressed wheel drop outs are a giveaway and the big clearances. if it was a hard rubbish pickup It's be good value for a bike to cut your teeth on, but I'd expect to pay a tenner at a garage sale for it. probably just a generic BSO from yesteryear that a bike shop slapped their own decals on.

As transport, it's still a fantastic thing, my opinion is that virtually any bike is worth saving and using.
If it was on the side of the road and had a cooler sounding name and better looking logo i would pick it up and use it as a wet weather bike. Downtube shifters IMO can be a sign of something just a little bit better. My Dawes had death levers on the brakes and pressed dropouts but it turned out to be Reynolds 500 and the best riding frame i've ever ridden.
