WTB: Cheap Single Fixie Bike Or Bike Frame 52-54cm

Hey all,

I am looking for a cheap Fixie bike or complete bike frame in the 52-54cm size.

Not fussed in whats included but it must be in good condition.

Happy to buy just the frame if necessary and build up from there.
GOALS FOR THIS YEAR
1. Save up for a JC70 Recumbent Trike
3. Rack up a lot of KM Training
2. Attend 250km Bupa 2013
