SS MTB rig. Some parts went on new, some went on used, as itemised below.
Frame: repainted Malvern Star XCS5.0 aluminium - used prior to repaint, white Gusset seat post collar, and Cane Creek headset; one of the DT bottle mount threads is loose inside the frame so you cant mount one the DT; showing signs of use since repaint, a few chips, a couple of scrapes
Fork: Marzocchi RLO 22 RC remote lockout ( http://www.marzocchi.com/template/detai ... etto=58470 ) - went on new, has done 400km of easy work
Brakes: Promax cable calipers and levers with 160mm discs - went on new, have done 400km of easy work
Wheels: Mavic CrossRide, 6-bolt with bladed spokes (2010 model?), 26" x 1" tyres and presta tubes for 100PSI path riding - went on new, have done 400km of easy work
Rear cog: Gusset Double-Six 17T (I think, will check) cog, like this: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... elID=17775 , with a truckload of shimano spacers, and SS chain tensioner - went on new, yada yada
Crank/BB: Truvativ Elita with 39 ring (can include 53 if I can find it), Truvativ ISIS BB - used, but working nicely
Pedals: does not include the ones shown, depends if I can find my resin platforms to put on instead, otherwise none included
Stem: Pivit (slammed
Bars: Ritchey ForceLite, white Clarks bolt-on grips (still pretty clean) - went on new
Seat post/seat: 27.2 Promax with a proper shim to fit frame, Pivit seat
Chain: 1/8" chain, probably had a <600km life
Bottle cage: 1x
Bell: Included
There's a child seat mount on it in the photos which will be removed (unless you want to but the child seat for a bit extra).
The 120mm fork doesn't suit the frame geometry too well, it gets a little twitchy, and you definitely cannot no-hand this bike. It rides ok, it just sits high in the front. It should have a 100mm, but I got a good deal on this one from Wiggle.
Some pics below. Can take more on request.
Price: $430 as is. Can be inspected in Dee Why, or picked up in Dee Why or St Leonards. I'll consider parting this out if enough parts get spoken for, but that might take a week or so to become clear.
