Tadpole trike design ponderings...

I've been umming and ahhing about how much camber to put into my third trike. Currently, it has next to none - a couple degrees at most (I lack a decent tool to measure the actual angle, though I can "eyeball" it pretty well), but it also has a narrower track than my first one, 32.5" from the hub centers. I've noticed many commercially built tadpoles have very little camber, and some have none. I understand what camber does, I'm simply pondering the importance of it.

Has anyone had a slightly or non-cambered wheel fail due to the lack of camber?
I'm about to go see what Tim Smiths, and Peter Elands sites have to say, but I'd appreciate any input/opinions.
