Basic repair tools and torque wrench help!

Hey guys I recently bought a new roadie, a Kuota Kharma, and want to get some basic tools and a torque wrench to do basic upkeep and to adjust my seatpost. I hope to do my whole service by myself one day so tools that will last me are always helpfull, I only have an allen Key and a pump at this stage =) Any suggestions?

T-bar allen wrenches are worth the investment, as well as L-shape ones for tight areas
chain breaker
freewheel remover and decent sized shifter to turn it
chain whip
cone spanners
good quality phillips head screwdriver
hollowtech BB remover wrench and plastic nut key (or as applicable if not running HT)
cable cutters
pliers (i recommend thin nose ones)
if running shimano pedals, a pedal disassembly tool (not the 15mm wrench to remove pedal from crank arm, which you can get as part of cone spanners)
tyre levers
multi-tool to carry while riding

I bought this TacX torque wrench from Ribble. had a good range of torque 5-25NM, which is good for most things except cassette installation, it's solid and it comes with 3 sachets of carbon paste. $73 plus shipping was pretty neat too.

If you're starting out look for one of the bike repair toolkits. c r c, torpedo7 often have them, as does Aldi of all places. Can pick them up for under $40 when on special. The tools aren't great, but they will suffice for you to learn what 'good' tools you will need if they ever break. Wish I'd bought one instead of building my kit slowly at more cost. There are some tools I'll only use a few times and a cheapie would have done the job.
