late 80's / early 90's 53cm sq Olympic Cycles (Nottingham bike shop built) frameset - no idea what tubing - 1710g + 645g fork
Here we go....
Viner 56cm - Columbus something, 2420g frame, 740g fork. One of those middle of the road import jobs from the 80s.
Tamari 56cm - also Columbus - 1850g frame, 650g fork. Imported to the goldy in the 80s as well, I'm told.
Europa 57cm - something Tange??? - 2230g frame, 890g chromed fork - probably steel. John probably knows which steel
Kotter 55cm - Columbus MAX - 2220g frame, 750g chromed fork. Southern Germany. sorry - SÜDDEUTSCHLAND.

The font used on the Tamari is very similar to Masi any connection. Also i think it was Kevin Thompson that imported all those viner frames/decals early 80's,but a few years back i restored a nice Viner that the owner bought while racing on the continent and was a vastly superior frame to other viners i have seen , by memory it came in just over 2kg bare.
It's my secret hope that the baby blue is actually a Masi in Tamari clothing. Regardless, its still the nicest riding frame I have.
Nah it's a Repco
I'll add some frames here I thought might have some interest, the first 2 are shown complete but weights are accurate. There's a few highend frames that'll be dismantled in the near future as well.
Starting with a 95" Olympia, Columbus EL-OS all chromed 56x53. The most insane bike I've ever ridden.
1510g frame, 620g fork.
90" Ricardo Pinnacle 531c, 56x56 1865g frame, fork? I'll edit this later.
Custom made in Aust. Columbus SL 55x55 possibly 1980 From process of elimination through bought location, builders in the area and materials they used it could be a Paino who produced more unbranded custom frames than there own panto frames. But then again I could be totally wrong.
Frame 1850g, fork? It's an old picture but it's getting another respray soon.
88" Ricardo Elite, Tange 900, 57x57. Frame 2120g, fork 710g.
88" Repco Superlight 4130, 55top x 57seat thats unusual? Frame 2520g fork 870g What a tank!
For fun an early 90"s Giant Innova hybrid/cyclocross 4130, 55.5x51.5. Frame 2530g, fork 880g

1951 Speedwell Special Sports frame 2335 fork 836 =3171 ( an off the shelf mid range frame compare to vinner 3160, Repco Superlight (cough) 3340 )
1939 Speedwell gents Popular frame 2651 fork 912 = 3563
1930's (late) Speedwell track frame 2000 ish (still has one bb cup in it) cant find the forks
1959 Bates built "Repco" team bike frame 1981 and 739 = 2720
That Olyimpia is a very sweet bike when i see a steel bike thats put together like that it encourages me that i dont need to buy a carbon frame.Also what wheels are you running on it because they sure do work .
My baggage scale is not very precise, but this 56cm 1983 Chesini Precision Mod 83 Cromovelato frame in Columbus SL is around 2.1kg and the fork around .8kg (including the bb cover).

Hmmm, we don't have kitchen scales, maybe I should get some. Now that I've got this years' tour out of the way I can focus on acquiring components. My ebay search engine found another NOS Super Record brake set yesterday, so I'll load up my sniper engine shortly and see if I can win it.

Thanks, Olympia is Italy's second oldest bike producer behind Bianchi but the oldest continually owned in Italy and still a family business. I believe there Italy's largest making a vast range of bikes.
There not well known around the world though because they never bothered to promote themselves outside Italy, only exporting limited bikes around Europe. But in Italy there held in the highest regard as good as anyone else and there history is second to none.

Just got my Elan frame back from the painters, weighed with two old BB cups in it but otherwise stripped to the bone:
Frame weight (58cm) 1860g
Frame + fork (cinelli style internally lugged): 2600g on the nose.
Not quite as light as I thought it was.
