chain breaker
freewheel remover and decent sized shifter to turn it
chain whip
cone spanners
good quality phillips head screwdriver
hollowtech BB remover wrench and plastic nut key (or as applicable if not running HT)
cable cutters
pliers (i recommend thin nose ones)
if running shimano pedals, a pedal disassembly tool (not the 15mm wrench to remove pedal from crank arm, which you can get as part of cone spanners)
tyre levers
multi-tool to carry while riding
that oughta do it
