Whats it worth?

Looking at a 2009 Felt Virtue 3 right now.

Rockshox Tora Forks
Fox Float R Rear Shock
SLX Rear Derailleur
Deore Brakes & Front Mech
WTB SX24

Apparently got serviced 10 rides ago, And the shocks are in good working order.

Do you think $800 is to much for this?
I think i might take it if I could talk them down to say $700?

Just making sure i'm not getting ripped off
