Wheel choice

I'm not sure why the photos are chopped off from the right, they look fine in photobucket. I'll repost once I know the cause.

Were you on a laptop running Firefox by any chance? It does that with bigger pics I'm fine on a 24" WS monitor but I'd have to right click on the pic and "show image" if the lappy was lit. 640x480px is a good all round size for most viewers

Using an iPad but also is chopped on the iMac using Safari. Will pay greater attention to picture size in the future.Mulger bill wrote:Another vote for Velocity.

Velocity. Put silver spokes in the Mavics and you'd have a winner though.

I'm going to remove the Shimano decals as well. Not sure what I will replace them with. Be assured it won't be a 'Colnago'.munga wrote:i'd pick the mavic's if you changed the saddle and bartape to black. not fussed on the velocity's.

Removed the decals and did a bit of tape pinstriping. Added black and white saddle. Stayed with the white spoked wheels and too lazy to replace the bar tape.Lots of steel bikes wrote:I'm going to remove the Shimano decals as well. Not sure what I will replace them with.
