I am after a service that will show me where I am in real time on an android phone with a bit more detail than google maps. I do not want to record my tracks or get any statistics as yet.
Just something to help when geographically embarrassed.

The openstreetmap project lists a bunch of android apps that use its mapping data. Some of them appear to be bike focused. check out the list here:
