City Square Ideas

This one is a bit left field but there is an interactive website where one can suggest ideas for the new City Square. Anyway one of the options is to suggest a "sporting activity" in the square and I thought it might be a great idea to suggest a mini-velodrome along the lines of one of those Redbull ones.
