WTB [BNE] - Black ≤80mm quill stem

Looking for an 80mm (maximum) 1" black quill stem for the Viner rebuild. Picked up a black pantographed Viner one from Munga, but at 100mm its just too long.

26.0mm clamp diameter, not 25.4. This probably means ITM/3ttt for black.

Did I mention black?

Pretty sure I've still got a 70mm ITM, black. I'll check the clamp size tonight.

Wouldn't want much for it, just taking up room at my place.
