Tuesday and Thursday I cover around 1300m (1000m morning, 300m lunch) and if I get my Sunday ride it is between 1500m and 2000m for that ride.

That make sense. I though you were doing 4500 every Sunday , not as a weekly total . I'm off to Adelaide this week for 5 days and really looking forward to getting in a few rides. It's probably been 15 years since i've been up into the hills there. Only ever done Norton Summit rd to Mt Lofty, so have been studying the SA climbs thread and strava to get some new ideas. Any good routes that you recommend with lots of climbing?
