That right there is what the 6k club is all about. The man's heart nearly gave out and he shrugged it off and got back on his bike again. There just aren't enough kudos on Strava to give him. Chapeau Dave!

One party down down. Another one tomorrow. I'll try and lay down a ride in the morning which will mark the start of the Rapha challenge. I doubt I will make it to 500 but I'll give it a shot.

I will put a final total for my year on here next week, I don't think it's going to increase by much though. Will get a few short rides in, but no long ones.
