Agreed aero all carbon complete a badass bike, and not just because I was in the market for Mark's red Zero's before I got hooked on Spinergy PBO's.
Speaking of PBO, here's a new 29er disc set in a 26" frame with suspension geometry corrected fork, to be a disc road 700c commuter, with MTB wheelset and suspension fork option to play with the Scott Scale 50.


Also one of these is on the way hopefully before new year to pack on a new year's beach break for some casual waterfront cycling. Strida Evo 3 speed (bottom bracket Sturmey Archer 60deg kickback gear sequence)

Update on my Norco RD-2 - now with the Pro-Lite Comos.



I also purchased a Trek 1.9 a while back to use as my alternate bike whilst away at work. It now has DA7800 and Pro-Lite Comos. It is a slightly more relaxed fit when compared to the Norco.

There's no point putting dish wheels on when riding to work and back.
I have dish wheels for those other times.

The bike itself is some way between a tarmac and a shiv and keeping the alloy braking surface like this doesn't badass it up imo,

I had cheap no-stickers all carbon ones in mind to go with the matte black.

If you want to pick on someone, my Hooligan has now subscribed to the Pletscher easy-fix rack/luggage quick release system I've used and liked on other regular rackable bikes. Been a bonus having the space for getting extra xmas goodies back home.

Agree totally Mark If you didn't ride it, someone would complain. When I commute, it tends to be on the carbon roadie running zeros. It's easier for the 65km round trip. And I don't carry anything with me when I do commute.

As everyone here tells everyone looking to buy a bike - buy the bike that makes you want to ride it. End of story.

I have a new frame in the family. It's an Apollo Artec R Olympic Edition. Frame replaces my Scott CR1 frame that jet star got a little rough with. It will eventually be repaired.

Love this bike, looks kind of like the Ritte Bosberg....although I think those frames are from pedal force. It would come up great with a nice subtle paint job.

I got this off ebay about 10 months ago (Chinarellos all the way, I've had no problems with the frame whatsover) and have finally gotten round to taking some pictures after I've just finished putting on a new cassette, chain and.. wait for it..

After taking it for a spin up and down the street I think it'll take a bit of a while to get the hang of but I can really feel the difference, your foot/leg just gets catapulted through the top and bottom of the stroke.

Black with red and white highlights. simple and mean.
