Details: This was bought new from Flying Furniture in March-April 2012 (will drag out invoice and have a look) after a shoulder issue was stopping me riding uprights for more than twenty mins. Since then I have gone to a new physio and am slowly working my way back up to Audax distances on my Bianchi.
The Carbon Aero is pretty damn stiff and as recumbents go its one of the quicker highracers. I managed my quickest Perth Mandurah return ride on it, so in absolute terms they are pretty quick.
In addition to the standard Gold Spec (X-Eyed Brakes, Carbon seat, full carbon fork) it has the ADEM Headrest fitted (with light mount), and the ADEM seat bottle cage mounts, the one-armed bandit front light mount, B-Pivot for folding the bars to fit in the back of a small sedan (BMW 135 Coupe), the Ceramic Idler mounts from ADEM, the Bacchetta seat cover, and finally the Bacchetta Brainbox 10L bag. Spares include an Ultegra 6700 chain (actually 3 of them joined together). Replacement on this package is very close to $5K. I have done 980kms on this bike.
