I definitely need some good red tyres, any recommendations for my AVANTI GIRO 2

My 2 rides.

Road Bike: 2011 Lapierre Sensium 300. Bought new Oct 2012. Ultegra group set. Best thing is it's about 1/2 the weight of my old hard tail mountain bike with road slicks I was using for road riding.

MTB bike: 2011 Specialized Epic Comp 29er. Bought new May 2012. Best thing is Shimano gears. It came with Sram X9 but I replaced with Shimano SLX. Much better shifting. My race times came down considerably with this bike.

Got a 3rd bike but not worth a photo. 2010 Avant Montari 1 MTB. Cheap and heavy. Replaced most of the cheap components after they broke. Now has road slicks on and I use it when I work away from home and throw it in the back of my work van.

I reckon you've got enough red on that bike. If you were gonna add another color the only one I could recommend would be myrtle green, Glory Glory.

Mine are Vittoria Rubino Slick Pro I got off wiggle on sale with a free inner tube for $27 each. They aren't 100% black but the centre won't stay red anyway so it works.

Thanks mate, but I cannot take credit for the installation.
Was does by a guy at the place I got the tape from, worked out fairly cheap.

Forget the toe !! Put one cycling shoe on & a thong/sandal on the other foot & get out there. That bike is just wanting to be ridden.

Loving the black/white theme. Stealth & class

My side-project slash fast-becoming-my-life is a business that sells a lot of stuff direct to customer, so I spend a lot of time riding parcels down to the post box or post office.

Usually stuff gets stashed in my backpack or I ride one handed. My girl got a basket for Christmas, so now I've got a new delivery vehicle at my disposal

Osymetric rings!
I had/have Bio-pace on a old Raleigh, once your into it, boy when you stand and sprint you can fly, don't know why they went out of favour.
Must admit easier to spin/climb on my new regular round 105.. Enjoy
