Thanks for that Marshious. Time for me to enter the thread. I should get a bit over 90000m for this year so I'll set myself a target of 100000 for 2013. The Alpine Classic and preparation for it should get the year off to a good start.

Yes a bit more info for the computer illiterate would be nice. Although the odds of me cracking 100000m is pretty slim.

Go here http://statmonkey.is-a-geek.net/cycling/ , register, go to settings, input your strava id number, set your goals, then copy the small climbing sig into the thread here... very easy. You can update them yourself manually on the statmonkey site (in settings maybe?) otherwise they are said to be updated overnight. I'm unaware who's timezone 'overnight' is.
