Thanks for that Marshious. Time for me to enter the thread. I should get a bit over 90000m for this year so I'll set myself a target of 100000 for 2013. The Alpine Classic and preparation for it should get the year off to a good start.

Yes a bit more info for the computer illiterate would be nice. Although the odds of me cracking 100000m is pretty slim.

Go here http://statmonkey.is-a-geek.net/cycling/ , register, go to settings, input your strava id number, set your goals, then copy the small climbing sig into the thread here... very easy.

It was a rush job and the whip was distracting, so let me know if you find any bugs.

Just quote the post above yours and remove the "quote' part of the post before submitting. Put your sig in after the others.

SSScott... you might want to delete the climbing part from your normal signiture, I can hear RonK's blood boiling :mrgreen:

Out of curiosity....does anyone know when the totals get updated..is it at noon/midnight each day or just at random times

You can update them yourself manually on the statmonkey site (in settings maybe?) otherwise they are said to be updated overnight. I'm unaware who's timezone 'overnight' is.

Jimboss...thanks for that, the statmonkey site actually states midnight AEST time for uploading..I manually updated
