WTB [BNE] Shimano 600 BR-6400 (-57) long reach calipers

Looking for a pair of long reach BR-6400(-57) (Shimano 600/Ultegra) calipers for my verdammte Europa build, as its built for 27" instead of 700C. Standard 39-49mm reach calipers are a touch short. Before sourcing and building 27" wheels, I though I'd scout for some of the long reach 6400s.

Dan, did they even make em?. I've never seen a set.

They did make 105's BITD, and you can get sora tiagra level and ultegra ones now

Was working off this - comment at the bottom. I don't know for certain that they were made.

105s would be a fallback I guess - even though I'm a bit pedantic when it comes to matching groups.

They did make them, i'm just about to put a set on a Jim Bundy that i'm building up that had 27" wheels and i'm going with 700s. Sorry Dan, not for sale but. I got lucky and bought them of a fella in Germany on the ebay.

Not gloating, just confirming their existence.

Thanks for confirming what I suspected was the case. I'll continue to keep an eye out - worst case I can get some tektros, diacompes, etc., but that's not really the point.

I think i've got a few other long reach calipers but no 600, brand new miche dual pivot, maybe a shimano or two. I can email you some pics if you want. pm me your email and i can flick some pics to you if interested.

Phew, just went out and checked my Jim Bundy and they are still on it. Nice work Munga, they aren't the easiest to come by.
