Shimano Derailuer Adjustment

Can someone point me to a website with good logical advice on how to adjust Shimano derailuers please.

I have 5 bikes here and can't keep taking them to a shop for adjustment, they range from kids bikes to Dura Ace. The kids bikes need something done most often.

Youtube has instructional videos on this. But it's pretty simple 90% of the time - you're looking for the "barrel adjuster" on the derailleur cable. Rotating the barrel adjuster moves the derailleur left or right slighly. Takes about 30 seconds to solve most adjustment problems. The barrel adjuster might be near the shifters on the kids' bikes, and more likely near the derailleur on the others.
